Frequently asked questions
- How much is one credit worth?
- 1 credit ≈ £0.00001 (£10 ≈ 1M credits). Prices are ~5× the real model cost from router.one — transparent, no hidden markup.
- What does free get me? When to upgrade?
- Free: 100K credits/month, 1 seat, 1 KB, 50 docs — enough to evaluate. Upgrade when you need team collaboration or use more than 100K tokens / month. Starter (£29/mo) gives 1M credits + 3 seats.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- Monthly grant credits expire at the period boundary (so they don't accumulate). Top-up credits never expire but are tied to one workspace and non-transferable.
- How are mid-cycle upgrades billed?
- Prorated by remaining days. Example: 7 days left on Pro (£79) of a 30-day cycle = 23%. Upgrading to Business (£199) charges the £28 difference immediately, switches plan, and renews at full Business price next cycle.
- Which models are supported?
- Six flagship models: Claude Sonnet 4.6, Claude Haiku 4.5, GPT-5.5, GPT-5.4, GPT-4.1, GPT-4o. Switch from the workspace billing settings anytime. Free tier defaults to cheap models; paid tiers unlock all six.
- Can I cancel mid-cycle? Do I get a refund?
- No mid-cycle refunds (subject to local consumer law). After cancelling, you keep paid features until the period ends, then auto-downgrade to free — no further charges.
